KeroIQ
Features

Everything a shift needs. Nothing a chain needs.

Six things KeroIQ does, in the order you'd meet them on a busy Saturday.

01 · Voice

The interface is your voice.

Order-taking, queue moves, running the menu, and questions about the business — all spoken, hands-free. The reversible moves happen the moment you say them; anything that touches money, like a price change, reads back for your OK first. Designed for one pair of busy hands and a loud six-foot workspace.

You

Two cortados and a drip for the couple at the window.

KeroIQ

Two cortados, one drip — $13.50. Say 'place it' and it goes to the bar.

02 · Orders

A queue that keeps itself honest.

Every order lands on the bar with modifiers intact, a name, and a clock. Say a drink is ready and the board advances, the next ticket surfaces, and the customer gets called.

03 · Menu

Change the menu mid-rush.

Ran out? Say so, and it stops being orderable across your order screen, queue and online board at once — say the word and it comes back. Add an option, tweak a recipe, or describe a whole new drink out loud and it's on the menu. Change a price and it reads the new price back before it commits.

04 · Numbers

Ask instead of exporting.

Sales, order counts, top items, slow hours, week-over-week. No dashboard to learn — a question and a plain answer, with the follow-up offered before you think to ask it.

05 · Order-ahead

Made fresh, right when they arrive.

Customers order and pay ahead from their phone. The ticket stays held until they walk up, so nothing sits going cold — it drops onto the bar the moment they're there, made to order.

06 · Payments stay yours

We don't want your money in the middle.

Square handles the transaction — your account, your rates, your deposits. KeroIQ is the operating system above it, the part nobody built for you. We never sit between you and your money.
